Renovation of a XVth century building into a dwelling house, in Rennes, France with local materials compatible with the old building (earth, hemp, straw...). By integrating questions of bio-climatism, energy saving, respect of the old building (of its aesthetics) and learning!
The land is large (part garden, part field, part woodland), a reservoir of biodiversity, where we will revitalize the hedges and plant fruit trees. We will also be able to share our knowledge on these subjects.
Materials used on site: earth, hemp, fermacell, straw, lime, expanded glass, sand, plaster, wood, mixed...
